Breaking News: The way that Andre Onana reacted after Manchester United scored demonstrates that he needs to shift his approach after Galatasaray's mistakes.

During his return from international duty earlier this month, players from Manchester City made fun of Rico Lewis on account of his call-up to the England national team.

After a rapid rise under Pep Guardiola, Lewis, who has only recently turned 19, was a surprise addition to Gareth Southgate’s squad. The teenager was awarded man of the match for his performance in the 1-1 draw with North Macedonia. Lewis’s performance earned him the accolade. Lewis has already established himself as the second-youngest Englishman to make his debut for the national team, and if he continues to make improvement this season, he may be selected to compete in the European Championship in Germany during the summer of next year.

Lewis has been recognized for his accomplishments, and Guardiola and all of the City players have expressed their apparent satisfaction in this development. Nevertheless, this did not prevent them from cautioning him against going “big time” on them all when he returned, which is something the defender claims is unlikely to happen as a result of his return.

“It was incredible, and it was a moment that made myself and my family feel extremely proud. “At this point, it is about continuing to put in a lot of effort and making an effort to excel at everything I am capable of,” stated Lewis. Because I am not even close to being a complete player, I simply need to improve on all that I can.

“Everyone at City was incredibly lovely and said well done and congratulations, but they also said, ‘don’t go big time on us,’ so I definitely won’t do that! Pep congratulated me and offered his encouragement to keep working hard. It is not up to me to decide whether or not I will go to Euros. Gareth is the one who will decide whether or not I will attend.
