Two major boosts and two setbacks for Middlesbrough before Millwall showdown
Aidan Morris and Riley McGree have both been named in Middlesbrough’s starting line-up for today’s clash with Millwall, providing a timely lift for Kim Hellberg.
However, the continued absence of Hayden Hackney and Morgan Whittaker remains a setback.
Hellberg has opted to stick with the same XI that featured against Blackburn Rovers prior to the international break.

Morris and McGree were involved for the United States and Australia respectively during the break, but after returning to Rockliffe Park and undergoing assessment on Thursday, both have been cleared to start.
Hackney and Whittaker, meanwhile, are still unavailable, dealing a blow to Boro’s options ahead of a key fixture.
Middlesbrough are expected to line up with a back three consisting of Luke Ayling, Dael Fry and Adilson Malanda.
Callum Brittain and Matt Targett are likely to operate as wing-backs, while Morris partners Alan Browne in midfield. McGree will take up an advanced role behind forwards Tommy Conway and David Strelec.
For Millwall, Josh Coburn is included in the starting side.
Middlesbrough XI: Brynn; Brittain, Ayling, Fry, Malanda, Targett; Morris, Browne; McGree; Strelec, Conway.
Substitutes: Wildsmith, Gilbert, Munroe, Sene, Bangura, Edmundson, McCabe, Ibeh, Sarmiento.
Millwall XI: Patterson; Sturge, Crama, Cooper, Taylor; Mitchell, Ivanovic, Neghli, Azeez; Coburn, De Norre.
Substitutes: Crocombe, McNamara, Ballo, Langstaff, Cundle, Watson, Bryan, Mazou-Sacko, Bannan.
