Over the next four weeks, the Gunners want to add more players because they have three games to prepare for.

A new story says that Mikel Arteta wants to bring in three players before the end of the month, which is the end of the transfer window.

Even though they are committed to giving Arteta more choices, the Gunners are open to the idea of players leaving the current market.

Players like Thomas Partey, Jorginho, and Jakub Kiwior have all been linked with moves away from Arsenal because they don’t know what will happen with their contracts.

A report from Football Insider says that the Gunners are also ready to let go of Nelson during the January transfer window.

They are open to loan deals for the 24-year-old, but they don’t want to go through with a permanent sale.

The story says that Nelson is currently being scouted by teams in Europe as well as a number of Premier League clubs.

Nelson signed a new deal before the 2023–24 season because he scored three goals and set up three others in eighteen games during the previous season.

The former England Under-21 player agreed to a new deal that will keep him with the team until the summer of 2027, with a chance to stay with the team for an extra year.

Nelson promised the team he would stay with them for a long time, but he hasn’t been able to get into Arteta’s favorite starting lineup this season.

The player came up through Arsenal’s youth system and has only started three of his 16 games across all tournaments. He has also not started any of the team’s 20 Premier League games this season.

Nelson could play more games on loan somewhere else since it doesn’t look like things will change in the second part of the season.

The winger has been on loan to Feyenoord, a big club in the Netherlands, in 2021–22 and to Hoffenheim, a team in the Bundesliga, in 2018–19.
