Game three Prediction for GameCock Vs Vanderbilt
What South Carolina is Getting in 2026 PG Isaac Ellis?
Wednesday, the South Carolina Gamecocks got a big pledge from Isaac Ellis, a point guard who will play for them in 2026.
Isaac Ellis is the first promise in South Carolina’s 2026 class. He is the younger brother of 2025 four-star Gamecock pledge Eli Ellis.
Isaac comes from Moravian Prep in Hickory, North Carolina, and will go to Columbia.
Ellis is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 170 pounds.
He plays for the YNG Dreamerz in the Overtime Elite (OTE) league and at Moravian Prep. Ellis is very competitive and has a deep understanding of the game, similar to how his smart older brother plays.

He is known for being tough on defense. Ellis had an average of 14.6 points, 4.5 assists, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.8 steals per game last year. He also shot 41% from the field. He finished with a +/- rating of 14.5 as well, which shows that he always makes an effect on both ends of the court. Ellis stood out on defense in the OTE league, even though he played against some of the best attacking players in the world.
He was voted second place for Defensive Player of the Year. He matched that by being able to score when it mattered. His role changed from game to game, but he has scored 20 points in every game he has played in. Ellis had 13 offers before he chose to join the Gamecocks.

He is expected to bring toughness, leadership, and a wide range of two-way skills to Lamont Paris’ team.
He becomes the leader of what could be Columbia’s most important recruiting class in 2026.
