A journalist from On3 has accused the Alabama Crimson Tide of meddling with their playoff quarterback selection process while also criticizing Manning Passing Academy.
Under head coach Kalen DeBoer’s second year in charge, the Crimson Tide of Alabama are now in the midst of their first quarterback competition.
Former Washington transfer Austin Mack, five-star rookie Keelon Russell, and Ty Simpson are all embroiled in that conflict. They all have something special to offer.
Although the race for the starting role is far from over, Simpson is now considered the favorite. Though he was a major Alabama recruit in the past, he has yet to see significant action this season. The native Tennessean has attempted 50 passes in his three years at Tuscaloosa.
